Corporate Holiday Party Decor Across the GTA

Sophisticated event decor setup

Corporate events have a different brief than weddings. The decor needs to look sophisticated, photograph well for the company social channels, and feel polished without feeling personal. Here is what we design for them.

Lead with the company palette. Most companies have a brand guide. We pull two or three colours from it and build the floral and decor language around them. The room becomes a three dimensional version of the brand without being literal about it.

A branded backdrop is non negotiable. Every corporate event needs a logo wall or branded backdrop. Place it where the photography will happen most (usually near the entrance and the bar). We integrate it into floral or drapery so it does not feel like a trade show booth.

Photo booths with company signage are the most reusable corporate decor element. Guests get their photo printed with a small company logo at the bottom. The photographs travel home and the brand goes with them.

Dinner setups need to be efficient. Corporate dinners have tighter food and beverage timelines than weddings. Centerpieces need to allow conversation across the table (low and lush, not tall) and be hardy enough to survive caterers moving around.

Who approves the design. Usually marketing or HR, sometimes the CEO directly. We always present two or three directions in a written proposal so the approver has options without us guessing.
